What the service includes

An eye on your property.

This service covers the outside of the property. The number of visits and their dates are agreed with you at the quote.

  • A walk of the grounds

    We walk the property: entrance, walkways, lawn and beds.

  • Photo report

    After each visit, you receive a short report with photos.

  • What we flag

    We flag what we notice, such as fallen branches or debris, so you can decide what comes next.

  • Outside only

    The visit covers the outside of the property. We do not go inside the house.
