Your information

Privacy policy.

In plain terms: what we collect, why, and how to see your information, have it corrected or have it deleted.

Last updated: October 11, 2026.

At a glance

The essentials, plainly.

  • What we collect

    What you give us: your name, email, the service you are interested in and your message. The property address and your phone number are optional.

  • Why

    To reply to your request and do the work you ask for. Nothing else.

  • What we do not do

    We do not sell your information. This site uses no cookies, advertising or tracking tools.

  • Your rights

    You can see your information, have it corrected or have it deleted. Just write to us.

Who is responsible

Paysage Pin Blanc inc. is responsible for the personal information you share with us. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Frank Ross Ramilo, founder of the company.

For any question or request about your information, write to info@paysagepinblanc.ca or call 514 883-4028 (text preferred).

What we collect

When you use the form on this site, you give us your first and last name, your email, the service you are interested in and, if you wish, the property address, your phone number and a message. The form also sends the page you were on and the language of the site.

If you email, call or text us, we keep what you tell us, for example your name, your number, the property address and your message.

We ask only for what we need to reply and to look at your property. The property address is optional on the form: if you leave it out, we will ask for it when we book your visit.

This site uses no cookies, advertising or audience measurement tools. As with any website, the host may record technical data (IP address, date and time, pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • reply to your request and prepare a quote;
  • look at your property before we reply, if you give us the address;
  • plan and carry out the work you ask for;
  • communicate with you about that work;
  • invoice and keep the records the law requires.

We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

Who can see it

Frank Ross Ramilo and the team members who need it to reply to you or do the work.

To run the site and receive your requests, we rely on service providers: a form service (Web3Forms), our email provider and the website host. They act for us and use your information only to provide their service.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless you agree or the law requires it.

Outside Québec

When you send the form, your request goes through Web3Forms, a service operated from India that relies on cloud providers whose servers are in several countries, including the United States. The service delivers your request to our inbox, filters spam (its filter receives your IP address and email) and may keep a copy of your request and technical data (IP address, date and time) for a limited time, up to three years under its terms.

Your information may therefore be processed outside Québec and outside Canada. Our email provider and the website host may also be located outside Québec. If you would rather not use the form, write to us directly at info@paysagepinblanc.ca or call us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to reply to your request and do the work. After that, we destroy it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, invoices and accounting records).

To find out how long your information will be kept, write to us.

How we protect it

We keep your information in accounts and on devices protected by a password, and we limit access to the people who need it.

If a confidentiality incident presented a risk of serious harm, we would notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information, as the law requires.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

  • ask to see the information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or unclear;
  • withdraw your consent to its use;
  • ask us to delete it (we will, including with our providers where possible, unless the law requires us to keep it);
  • receive the information you gave us in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Just write to info@paysagepinblanc.ca, whether to use one of these rights or to make a complaint about how we handle your information. We reply in writing within 30 days of receiving your request or complaint.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is at the top of this page, and any significant change will be posted here.
